Landscaping continues to be done poorly!
While there have been some minor changes for the better around the complex, one thing that has not changed is the poor job being done in the landscaping department. Whoever we have doing the lawn work needs to turn their attention to getting the plants trimmed.
Last year we paid $39,348 for Grounds and Landscaping Contracts and another $39,600 is in the budget for this year (+12,000 for fertilization). We had exactly the same problem 6 months ago.
