Of course no one pays 'list price', if Pelican Realty wants to sell them they will have to compete with the very low priced foreclosed units here and even some of the Owner units not in foreclosure are going for less than what Pelican will sell them for, plus their units are 'occupied' with tenants. At least the foreclosures are empty and available immediately.
