I set up this site in May 2007 and it has approx 259 posts. In Jan. 2013 I sold my condo and have no further connection to Nautilus Cove. The site will remain open as it has all the condo documents available for readers plus other interesting information, however daily changes/updates will not be made as was once done. NCC is located at 13700 Panama City Beach Parkway in PCB, Florida, this 168 unit condo has 112 units sold and 56 remain with the Developer.

Cleaning up the rentntion pond is proceeding with more work to be done. Fountains and overhead pool lights are shut down for the winter.
